Refund policy
Return Eligibility
We want you to feel confident when shopping with Sujood Rugs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the prayer rug must be:
• Unused and unwashed
• In the same condition in which it was received
• Returned with the original packaging, if available, or securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping
• Accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase
Rugs that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
How to Request a Return
To begin a return, email us at hello@sujoodrugs.com with your order number and reason for the return.
If your return is approved, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions. Please do not send an item back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Sujood Rugs is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your rug is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at hello@sujoodrugs.com.
Include your order number and clear photographs of the rug and packaging. Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, request a return for the original item and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit-card provider to process and post the refund.
